I need advice
My almost 4 year old is really starting to act out lately! She is not listening and is VERY sensitive. I am trying to keep my cool and not get too angry because I know it is because of the baby and her rein as only child is over. I just don't know how to channel my anger/energy to try to help Sonia. She has been not listening and being a little more mean to us. At school she is fine it is just happening at home so I am convinced it is because of Nicholas.

consistency in discipline ( you give an inch and it will take forever to get it back) and try to carve out some time alone.
as much as I don't groove on charts you could create one that's reward is alone time with you or Rich doing something special on the weekend
