As many of you know, I am a preschool teacher at a day care center. On our playground we have SAND!! Yucky, dirty, dusty sand. It gets everywhere; up children's noses, down their pants, in their eyes!! Sonia comes home every night with at least 1/2 cup of sand in each shoe and her socks are FILTHY!! They don't even come clean with Bleach! I try to have her dump out her shoes before she even gets into the car but sometimes that does not happen.
Sorry, I needed to vent that!!

Yeah- that doesn't sound fun!
I can't imagine! I go crazy just from the sand in my sand box play center. WE have woodchips on our playground and they are not nearly as bad as sand!
